Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, a leading hospitality company, has significantly bolstered its market presence by signing agreements for two new properties: Lemon Tree Premier in Madurai and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Mcleodganj. These additions underscore the group's continued strategy of expanding across key cultural, leisure, and commercial markets in South India and Himachal Pradesh.

The newly signed properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Key Developments

Madurai: Strengthening Tamil Nadu Presence
Lemon Tree Premier in Madurai is set to serve as the company's eighth property in Tamil Nadu. Located in the cultural and commercial center of Madurai, the hotel will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting/conference room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. This addition allows Lemon Tree Hotels to meet the strong demand from both corporate and leisure travelers in the region. The property is situated conveniently close to key transport hubs: Madurai Airport is approximately 14 km away (a 30-minute journey), while the Madurai Railway Station is approximately 3 km distant, taking about nine minutes to reach.

Mcleodganj: Advancing Himachal Pradesh Growth
In Mcleodganj, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels will become the second hotel in the region for the group. This signing strengthens the company's commitment to the state's tourism potential. The property offers 45 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting/conference room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool and fitness center. Mcleodganj is known for its unique blend of nature, spirituality, and adventure activities. For access, Kangra Airport, Gaggal, is approximately 24 km away, and the Pathankot Railway Station is roughly 90 km distant.
