New Delhi, July 29, 2026 — Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, a leading hospitality company, has announced the signing of two new properties: Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar in Nepal and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. These signings are designed to reinforce the group's growing presence across India and Nepal, adding scale to its established operations in both regions.
Both newly signed properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar in Nepal brings the company’s portfolio in Nepal to eight properties, comprising five operational hotels and three upcoming properties. Strategically located in Siddhartha Nagar, Rupandehi, the hotel is positioned near Lumbini, one of the world's most significant Buddhist pilgrimage destinations, as well as the India-Nepal border.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar will offer 120 rooms and feature a range of facilities including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, a bar lounge, a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and thoughtfully designed public areas. The property is conveniently located, with Bhairahawa Airport approximately 2 km away and road connectivity to major cities across Nepal and India.
Meanwhile, the signing of Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Vijayawada increases the group's presence in Andhra Pradesh to 11 properties, including six operational hotels and five upcoming properties. Within Vijayawada, the company will have five properties—three operational and two in the pipeline—strengthening its position in the commercial and administrative center of the state.
Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Vijayawada will feature 70 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, spa, and fitness centre. As a midscale brand, the property is suited to the city's growing connectivity and commerce needs. The hotel boasts proximity to key transport links, including Vijayawada Airport (approximately 19 km away) and Vijayawada Railway Station (just 1.5 km away).
