Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The property features 47 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites spanning Superior, Deluxe, Executive, and Studio categories. It is equipped with various facilities to cater to both leisure and social guests. Amenities include Keys Café for all day dining, Unlock Bar, a swimming pool, fitness centre, a spa, and a kids' zone. Furthermore, the Grand Chamber serves as the banquet and conference venue for meetings and celebrations.

The property boasts convenient connectivity for travelers, situated approximately 71 km from Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport, 44 km from Dehradun Railway Station, and about 10 km from Mussoorie Library Bus Station.
