Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Franchise Agreement for Keys Lite in Manali, Expanding Himachal Pradesh Portfolio​

New Delhi, August 5, 2026: Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a franchise agreement for the launch of Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Manali. This strategic move marks the entry of the Keys Lite brand into the popular leisure destination of Manali and significantly strengthens the group's presence across Himachal Pradesh.

The new property, set against the Himalayan landscape, will be operated under the franchise agreement and is expected to feature 24 well-appointed rooms. Amenities at the hotel will include a restaurant, a lounge, a fitness centre, and thoughtfully designed public spaces, catering specifically to leisure travellers, families, and small groups.

With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited's portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will now comprise 11 hotels, consisting of four operational properties and seven upcoming projects.

Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, President of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., commented on the signing, stating that Manali is one of India's most sought-after holiday destinations. He added that Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Manali is well suited to meet the diverse needs of travellers visiting the area and reinforced that the signing further strengthens the group’s presence across Himachal Pradesh.

The hotel will offer convenient connectivity for travelers arriving in the region. Bhuntar Airport, Kullu-Manali, is approximately 56 km away from the property, while Kiratpur Railway Station is roughly 200 km distant.
