BikeWo and Evify Sign Strategic MoU to Develop AI-Led Logistics Technology Platform​

BikeWo Green Tech Limited and Evify Logitech Private Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on jointly developing an AI-led technology platform for electric logistics. The collaboration aims to combine various data sources, including Evify’s app-based logistics and rider data capabilities with hardware-enabled data acquisition technology proposed by BikeWo.

The strategic partnership intends to leverage the resulting data layer, which incorporates processing and artificial intelligence capabilities, to build applications across fleet operations, route efficiency, rider and asset performance tracking, predictive insights, and broader logistics intelligence. The companies plan to conduct technology pilots to validate commercial viability, hardware performance, use cases, and data quality.

The MoU outlines a phased deployment for the technology platform. Initially, Phase I of the collaboration will target approximately 500 electric vehicles used in Evify’s logistics operations. Subject to successful implementation of this initial phase and mutually agreed arrangements, the companies envision scaling cumulative vehicle deployment up to approximately 10,000 electric vehicles over the next three years.

The alliance is designed to provide both companies with a real-world operating environment necessary to develop, test, and progressively scale data led solutions across the electric logistics sector. This effort aligns with BikeWo's strategy to build an integrated mobility and logistics platform, utilizing technology and data intelligence as a key connecting layer for vehicles, fleets, and operations.

Mr. Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, commented on the development: "Technology and data will increasingly determine how efficiently large mobility and logistics fleets are operated. Through our collaboration with Evify, we intend to combine app-based operational data with hardware-enabled data acquisition and artificial intelligence to develop a deeper technology layer for logistics. The proposed vehicle deployment gives us a real-world environment in which these capabilities can be developed and scaled."

We see this collaboration as an important step towards building more technology driven and scalable electric logistics infrastructure."

The parties agreed that the definitive commercial and technical terms for both the technology collaboration and vehicle deployment will be documented separately. The planned scale up is currently subject to successful implementation of Phase I, financing availability, vehicle supply, and mutually agreed commercial arrangements.
