BikeWo Green Tech Limited has announced a comprehensive long-term strategy aimed at developing a full-stack mobility and logistics platform. The company plans to integrate electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure, technology, and renewable energy into a unified operating model designed for the rapidly evolving Indian market.

The strategic roadmap was outlined during the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which saw shareholders approve the proposed warrant issue. BikeWo aims to position itself as an integrated platform within India’s growing mobility and logistics ecosystem, recognizing that the country's logistics sector is a key enabler of long-term economic growth.

The company's strategy centers on building capabilities across several critical layers: electric mobility, fleet ownership and management, technology-enabled logistics operations, warehousing, multimodal logistics, and renewable energy integration. These components are intended to function as complementary parts of a unified platform, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring scalability.

To strengthen its position in key segments of the logistics value chain, BikeWo has made multiple strategic collaborations in recent months. These initiatives span electric mobility, solar-assisted transportation, rural mobility, and aviation logistics.

The planned capital infusion is expected to provide enhanced financial flexibility for the company. This funding will support various strategic needs, including strengthening operational capabilities, investing in infrastructure and technology, expanding the fleet, and evaluating value-accretive acquisitions consistent with the long-term vision.

Commenting on the development, Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, stated that India's logistics sector is one of the nation's most significant economic growth engines. He added that by integrating mobility, fleet operations, technology, infrastructure, and strategic partnerships, BikeWo is creating capabilities that reinforce each other, thereby supporting sustainable long-term value creation for its shareholders.

The Company affirmed that disciplined execution, robust corporate governance, prudent capital allocation, and operational excellence will remain central to its growth strategy as it expands its integrated mobility and logistics platform.
