BikeWo Green Tech Signs Strategic MoU with Kwik Flite Support to Build Multimodal Aviation Logistics Platform

BikeWo Green Tech Limited has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kwik Flite Support Private Limited, operating under the brand KlikAir. The collaboration aims to jointly evaluate and develop an integrated air cargo, aviation logistics, and multimodal freight platform designed to complement BikeWo's growing mobility ecosystem.

The partnership marks a significant step toward realizing BikeWo’s long-term vision of creating a comprehensive mobility and logistics ecosystem that seamlessly integrates road transport, air transport, and future technology enabled transportation networks.

Under the scope of the proposed collaboration, both companies will explore pilot air cargo operations, assess commercial opportunities, and develop scalable operating models for high value and time sensitive logistics. The pilots are initially focused on serving several key sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, electronics, automotive components, industrial spare parts, and enterprise supply chains.

The partnership is designed to evaluate the complete logistics value chain. This includes first mile cargo collection, airport logistics and cargo handling, air transportation, lastmile delivery, technology enabled shipment tracking and visibility, enterprise logistics solutions, as well as both airport to airport and airport to door cargo movements.

Subject to successful pilot outcomes, BikeWo and KlikAir will explore the feasibility of establishing a scalable technology enabled air cargo platform. This platform would be intended to connect metropolitan cities with Tier II and Tier III markets through an integrated network combining road and aviation logistics. The partnership also includes evaluating future opportunities in regional air logistics, express cargo services, advanced air mobility, drone enabled logistics, and other emerging transportation technologies.

Industry experts note that the collaboration aligns perfectly with India's rapidly transforming logistics industry, which is driven by a growing demand for faster, technology enabled, and multimodal supply chains. BikeWo aims to assess how integrating air logistics can complement its existing mobility ecosystem while creating new possibilities for businesses requiring speed, reliability, and nationwide connectivity.

Commenting on the development, Hiten Pal Saklani, CEO of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, stated that the company's vision moves beyond conventional road transportation. He added that the collaboration allows them to evaluate air cargo as a strategic extension of their logistics platform, reinforcing their commitment to building next generation logistics infrastructure for India by combining road mobility with aviation capabilities.

Prem Kumar, Director of Kwik Flite Support Private Limited, noted that combining BikeWo's logistics capabilities with KlikAir’s aviation expertise presents an exciting chance to explore innovative air cargo solutions for the rapidly evolving Indian logistics market.
