
BikeWo Green Tech Signs MoU to Acquire Majority Stake in Enlite EV Care, Expanding Services Portfolio
BikeWo Green Tech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) intended to acquire a majority stake in Enlite EV Care, an established electric vehicle service and maintenance company. This strategic acquisition aims to expand BikeWo's integrated electric mobility ecosystem by incorporating organized vehicle servicing, maintenance, and lifecycle support into its growing portfolio.As the adoption of electric vehicles gains momentum across commercial segments such as last-mile delivery, logistics, and fleet mobility, reliable after-sales infrastructure has become crucial for ensuring vehicle availability and operational efficiency. Through this proposed transaction, BikeWo plans to establish dedicated EV Care Centres primarily catering to B2B customers and commercial electric vehicle fleets.
The new EV Care Centres are set to deliver a comprehensive range of services. These include preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, periodic servicing, battery and electrical system support, and fleet uptime management. The initiative is expected to assist fleet operators in optimizing operating costs, improving vehicle performance, and minimizing downtime through reliable, technology-enabled service support.
BikeWo and Enlite EV Care are also planning to jointly assess suitable locations and operational models for the planned EV Care Centres. To create a highly efficient and data-driven service ecosystem, both companies intend to integrate digital capabilities such as predictive maintenance, vehicle health monitoring, service scheduling, fleet performance tracking, and digital maintenance records.
