Key IPO Launches and Offerings This Week​

The initial week is witnessing several major launches. Symbiotec Pharmalab has launched an IPO seeking ₹1,757 crore. This offering involves an Offer For Sale (OFS) of shares worth ₹1,607 crore, alongside a fresh issuance of ₹150 crore.

Skyways Air Services, a logistics and freight forwarding company, aims to raise ₹582.8 crore through its maiden public issue. The offer includes both a fresh issue amounting to ₹398.8 crore and an OFS valued at ₹184 crore, with the upper price band set between ₹131-₹138 per share.

Hydraulic fittings maker Hy-Tech Engineers is also raising capital, targeting ₹135.7 crore. Their offer comprises a fresh issuance of ₹60 crore and an OFS worth ₹75.7 crore, with the price range fixed at ₹50-₹53 per share.

Upcoming IPOs from Mainboard and SME Segments​

The market pipeline is robust, extending well beyond this week's launches. Annu Projects, an EPC company, plans to mobilize ₹175 crore through its IPO, priced at the upper end of the band between ₹94-₹99 per share.

In the auto ancillary sector, Sumax Engineering will open with a IPO aiming to raise ₹53.4 crore, set against a price band of ₹95-₹101 per share. Lumino Industries, which specializes in power cables and electrical wires for the transmission industry, is slated to open on August 27, targeting ₹700 crore via initial share sale at the upper end of the price band (₹78-₹82 per share).

Priority Jewels, a jewelry maker specializing in diamond-studded gold and platinum, will follow Lumino Industries on August 28, seeking to mobilize ₹91.5 crore with a price range of ₹190-₹200 apiece.

SME Segment IPOs Launching Later This Month​

The Specialized Micro Enterprise (SME) segment continues to offer targeted investment opportunities. Kwick Forensic Solutions will open its maiden public issue on August 27, aiming for ₹51 crore with a price band of ₹85-₹90 per share.

On August 28, investors can participate in offerings from Complete Sports & Management India and Paluck Technologies. These companies are seeking ₹75 crore and ₹33 crore, respectively, with fixed price bands set at ₹128-₹135 per share and ₹46-₹48 apiece.

New Company Listings on Stock Exchanges​

Beyond the new IPOs, nine companies are scheduled to debut on the exchanges, including six from the mainboard segment. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart and Horizon Industrial Parks are set to list on both BSE and NSE on August 24. Fascinate Textiles is also debuting on the NSE Emerge platform today.

Further listings include Sunshine Pictures and Shankesh Jewellers scheduled for August 25. Gaja Capital is slated for August 26, while Tempsens Instruments (India) will make its market debut on August 28. In the SME segment, Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution are set to debut on the BSE SME platform on August 26.

Completed Public Offers and Market Outlook​

The market activity includes existing offers closing out soon. Tempsens Instruments (India) will close its ₹650-crore maiden public issue on August 24, following an earlier offer closure. Augmont Enterprises' offering of ₹825 crore, which opened on August 20 and 21, is also scheduled for August 25.

The sustained interest in IPOs highlights the continuous flow of capital into various sectors. The varied nature of these public offerings, from pharmaceuticals (Symbiotec Pharmalab) to infrastructure (Annu Projects), suggests a diversified investor appetite across micro and macro enterprises.
