This agreement covers the development and power supply obligations for a large-scale renewable energy venture.The project involves setting up a 200 MW Wind Power Project located in Koppal, Karnataka. Under the terms of the LoA, NLC India Renewables Limited will be responsible for developing this infrastructure and supplying the generated electricity to SECI Limited.
NLC India Limited is noted as a Navratna enterprise of the Government of India. This new venture strengthens the focus on renewable energy generation within the country's power sector, with the subsidiary taking the lead in executing the wind power project.
