BikeWo GreenTech Limited to Explore Strategic Expansion into Warehousing and Integrated Logistics Infrastructure

Hyderabad | August 26, 2026: BikeWo GreenTech Limited, a player in the integrated mobility and logistics sector, is undertaking a strategic initiative to expand its presence into warehousing and integrated logistics infrastructure. This move is part of the company's broader vision to establish a comprehensive mobility and logistics ecosystem in India.

The proposed expansion is designed to complement BikeWo's established focus on electric mobility, fleet leasing, and logistics operations. The initiative aims to allow the company to progressively participate across a wider spectrum of the logistics value chain.

BikeWo intends to evaluate various warehousing opportunities and operating models across major logistics markets in India. The company is scoping infrastructure to support high-growth supply chains, including those in e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, retail, enterprise logistics, and electric mobility sectors.

The company's approach to warehousing extends beyond basic storage. BikeWo plans to evaluate technology-enabled warehousing solutions that integrate automation, digital warehouse management, and data intelligence. These facilities will be progressively integrated with the company's existing fleet and logistics capabilities.

Given its focus on electric mobility, BikeWo is also exploring the integration of warehousing with EV fleets, charging infrastructure, and firstmile and lastmile transportation, aiming to optimize logistics assets and improve the movement of goods.

BikeWo will evaluate a combination of operational models, including owned, leased, operated, build-to-suit, and partnership-led approaches, with a focus on scalability and capital efficiency.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo GreenTech Limited, stated that warehousing is a natural extension of the logistics ecosystem they are building. He added that the objective is not merely to add physical infrastructure, but to explore how warehousing can collaborate with technology, electric mobility, and fleet operations to create a more connected logistics platform.

BikeWo intends to commence its warehousing evaluations with the first phase in Hyderabad, before expanding to other key logistics markets across India. The company has invited warehouse owners, developers, 3PL operators, enterprise customers, technology providers, and strategic partners to engage and explore potential collaborations.

The proposed warehousing expansion is currently at an exploratory stage and will be determined based on commercial viability, strategic fit, and applicable approvals.
