CFO and MD Address Results

Pavan Kumar, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Seshaasai Technologies, attributed the strong results to sustained demand momentum and improved profitability during the quarter. He noted that while higher raw material costs challenged gross margins, disciplined cost management and operating leverage helped offset these impacts, leading to the EBITDA growth. Furthermore, lower finance costs following debt reduction positively influenced profitability, resulting in a 48.8% increase in Profit Before Tax (PBT).

Pragnyat Lalwani, Managing Director of Seshaasai Technologies, expressed satisfaction with the strong start to FY27. He stated that all three business segments delivered encouraging performance, driven by deeper customer engagement and growing adoption of the company's technology-led solutions. Mr. Lalwani acknowledged market challenges, noting that ongoing geopolitical tensions led to increased INR inflation and higher fuel prices, causing elevated input costs and pressure on gross margins.

Strategic Focus Ahead

Looking forward, management emphasized a commitment to maintaining financial discipline and bolstering operational agility. Seshaasai Technologies aims to strengthen cash flows and allocate capital efficiently to support long-term growth priorities. The company is focused on deepening customer engagement and scaling its high-growth offerings across metal cards, integrated communication and fulfilment, and IoT solutions.

Seshaasai Technologies Limited provides technology-led solutions primarily serving the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector in India.
