Granules India Ltd., a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported significant growth across key metrics, including Revenue from Operations and Profit After Tax (PAT).

The unaudited results reflect strong operational performance. Revenue from Operations stood at INR 14,768 Mn, marking a 22% increase year over year (YoY). EBITDA reached INR 3,389 Mn, up 37% YoY. Profit Before Tax (PBT) before Exceptional Item was reported at INR 2,404 Mn, reflecting a 41% rise compared to the previous year. Consequently, PAT hit INR 1,800 Mn, showing a substantial growth of 60% YoY.

The company maintains a diversified portfolio across multiple product segments. For Q1FY27, Finished Dosages (FD), Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Pharmaceutical Formulation Intermediates (PFI), and Peptides CDMO contributed 74%, 13%, 9%, and 4% of the revenue from operations, respectively.

Operational Health and Market Presence​

In addition to the strong profitability metrics, the company reported that Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) improved to 18.0% in Q1FY27, up from 17.6% in FY26. The consolidated net debt stood at INR 1,012 Mn, representing a reduction of INR 8,467 Mn from Q1FY26. The Net Debt to EBITDA ratio was reported at 0.07x.

Regarding geographic revenue distribution, the share from North America accounted for 72% in Q1FY27, down from 77% in Q1FY26. The contribution from Europe stood at 16% in Q1FY27, an increase from 13% in Q1FY26.
