Operational Strength and Specialty Expansion​

As India's largest diagnostic test volume processor, Thyrocare further solidified its leadership position in the market by processing 55.2 million tests in Q1FY27. This represents a strong 28% year-on-year growth in testing volume.

The Pathology business remains a core driver of growth, with franchise revenue increasing by 27% year-on-year and partnership revenue showing a 26% increase over the same period.

Thyrocare expanded its diagnostic capabilities into Specialty Diagnostics, marking a new frontier for the company. This expansion began with Allergy testing and has progressively incorporated Genomics services, focusing on scientific rigor and industry-leading turnaround times.

Commitment to Quality Excellence​

The focus on quality standards remained paramount during the quarter. Thyrocare achieved excellence in Six Sigma standards, reducing complaints per million tests to 3.1, which is a 24% decrease year-on-year. The company also reported an Average Turnaround Time (ATAT) of 3.37 hours from sample receipt, positioning it as India's first diagnostic chain to reach this benchmark.
