Global aviation software provider Ramco Systems has been selected by CFS Aero, a leading UK-based aerospace engineering company, to implement its next-generation Aviation Software. The engagement aims to support CFS Aero's engine and APU maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations through Ramco's unified digital platform.

The partnership is designed to streamline the process of managing Engine and APU MRO from contract initiation through to cash realization while providing real-time operational and financial visibility.

Digital Transformation for Aerospace Services​

Ramco Aviation Software will serve as an integrated management solution for CFS Aero, encompassing various critical operational functions. These modules include Engineering, Planning, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Customer Management, Commercials Management, and Accounting.

The solution is intended to digitize maintenance workflows and enhance operational efficiency at CFS Aero. Ramco's capabilities will provide real-time insight into costs and revenues across the MRO operations through cost accrual tracking, budget cap monitoring, and multi-stage invoicing.

Beyond financial visibility, the platform provides complete configuration lifecycle management. Features include as-built records tracking, service bulletin and airworthiness directive effectivity tracking, automated engine condition monitoring, and digital maintenance execution via mobile-enabled task cards and electronic sign-offs. These capabilities are set to optimize productivity and support paperless operations within CFS Aero’s MRO business.
