Mr. Balakrishna Tati, Chairman and Managing Director of Vintage Coffee & Beverages Limited, commented on the results, stating that the company achieved record sales in Q1 FY27 compared to Q1 FY26. He attributed the healthy profitability growth to the successful execution of the company's growth strategy, the expansion of manufacturing capacity, and increasing brand acceptance across domestic and international markets.

The Managing Director further noted that the company remains confident in achieving its growth targets while improving operating margins throughout the financial year. The operations currently utilize the full installed manufacturing capacity of 11,000 MTPA, which includes an additional capacity of 4,500 MTPA commissioned at the end of March 2026.

Strategic Mergers and Future Capacity Boost

In a move aimed at strengthening operational efficiencies and achieving economies of scale, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the amalgamation of two wholly owned subsidiaries: Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited. This strategic consolidation is effective as of July 21, 2026.

The merger will bring all related businesses under a single entity to optimize manufacturing facilities, equipment, and human resources.

In addition to the amalgamation, the company has initiated plans for a major expansion. Land required for a proposed Freeze-Dried Coffee Plant with an installed capacity of 5,500 MTPA has been secured from TGIIC at the Telangana Food Processing Zone (TSFPZ). Key project execution activities have begun, including advance payments for critical machinery components.

This new facility is expected to increase the company's total installed manufacturing capacity substantially. The addition of this plant will raise the company’s total installed capacity from 11,000 MTPA to 16,500 MTPA.
