The primary market is bracing for a significant surge in activity starting next week, with seven major Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open for subscription. Furthermore, eleven new companies are set to make their stock exchange debut across both the mainboard and SME segments, signaling robust momentum in the corporate fundraising landscape.

Key Mainboard IPOs Set to Raise Significant Capital​

The upcoming week brings several high-profile offerings expected to raise a combined nearly Rs 3,500 crore. This includes more than Rs 3,000 crore from three substantial mainboard issues that are generating considerable investor interest.

Ardee Industries is slated to be the first mainboard IPO opening next week on August 5. The New Delhi-based lead recycling company plans to raise up to Rs 425.86 crore through its offering. This amount comprises a fresh issue worth Rs 320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.99 crore shares by promoters, valued at Rs 105.86 crore.

Following Ardee Industries is Technocraft Ventures, a wastewater treatment solutions provider, which will open on August 7. The maiden public issue comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares and an OFS of 23.76 lakh shares by the promoter.

The largest IPO among this week's offerings is from LEAP India, a Mumbai-based company focusing on supply chain management and asset pooling services. Backed by KKR, LEAP India plans to raise Rs 2,480 crore. This massive undertaking involves a fresh issue of Rs 480 crore alongside an OFS worth Rs 2,000 crore from promoters. Both Ardee Industries and Technocraft Ventures are scheduled to announce their IPO price bands on August 3.

SME Segment Buzz: Four Companies Aiming for Market Debut​

The micro market also has several significant offerings slated for the coming days. In the SME segment, four companies are scheduled to tap the capital markets with IPOs totaling Rs 341.8 crore.

Anawil Wire & Engineering is set to lead the SME issues, opening on August 3. This Gujarat-based windmill tower manufacturer plans to raise Rs 177.8 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 52.84 lakh equity shares and an OFS of 13 lakh shares by the promoter, with a fixed price band of Rs 257-270 per share. Earlier, the company successfully raised Rs 50 crore from anchor investors on July 31.

Aegeus Technologies, a provider of robotic and intelligent automation solutions, will open its maiden public issue from August 4 to August 6. This issue is set to raise Rs 23.71 crore through 22.58 lakh shares at the upper end of the Rs 100-105 per share price band.

Auto components manufacturer LAPL Automotive will open its IPO on August 6, aiming for Rs 32.4 crore. The issue features 34.46 lakh shares and is priced within a band of Rs 88-94 per share. Optimystix Entertainment India, the final SME offering this week, will open on August 7. It plans to raise Rs 107.88 crore at the upper end of the Rs 165-174 per share price band, valuing the company at Rs 405 crore.

IPO Closures and Market Listings Timeline​

Several ongoing public issues are nearing their conclusion, offering updates on investor interest in these companies. Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems will conclude their respective IPOs on August 3. These offerings, which commenced on July 30, saw subscriptions of 47 percent and 12.03 times as of the second day.

In the SME segment, Dhaval Packaging and Oneindig Technologies have open until August 3 for subscription. Earlier data showed Dhaval Packaging’s IPO subscribed at 1.36 times and Oneindig Technologies' issue at 80 percent. GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech will close their issues on August 4, with prior subscriptions standing at 2.02 times and 73 percent respectively.

The market is also anticipating multiple debuts next week across the boards. Manipal Health Enterprises, the parent company of Manipal Hospitals, will debut on August 5. Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems are scheduled to list on August 6. In the SME segment, Propshop Events & Exhibitions will be the first debutant listing on NSE Emerge on August 3, followed by Advance Technoforge on BSE SME.

The subsequent listings include Pooja Precision Engg on August 4, HR Hygiene Products on August 5, and Dhaval Packaging alongside Oneindig Technologies on August 6. GV Electricals and Fusion Klassroom Edutech are slated to list on the BSE SME platform on August 7.
