The financial markets are bracing for a period of intense primary market activity as nearly ₹7,700 crore worth of nine initial public offerings (IPOs) are scheduled over the coming week. This colossal slate includes both marquee listings from the mainboard segment and several specialized debuts in the SME space. Eight new companies are also set to make their official market debut on stock exchanges soon.

Major Mainboard IPOs Poised for Debut​

The initial days of the market focus will see significant issues from high-growth sectors. Dhoot Transmission, a Maharashtra-based company specializing in electrical and electronics products, is launching its major IPO. The offering aims to raise ₹3,066.9 crore at an upper price band of ₹829-₹871 per share.

The IPO for Dhoot Transmission includes fresh issuance worth ₹1,400 crore. Promoters Bain Capital and Mangalam Capital are also selling a combined total of 1.6 crore shares and 31.18 lakh shares via offer for sale (OFS).

Molbio Diagnostics, a Goa-based molecular diagnostics firm, is set to debut with an IPO targeting ₹939.70 crore. The offering carries a fixed price band of ₹768-₹807 per share. This public issue comprises fresh shares worth ₹200 crore and an OFS of 91.66 lakh shares totaling ₹739.70 crore.

High-Value Launches from the Mainboard Segment​

The IPO schedule continues with several large offerings across different industries. Milky Mist Dairy Food, a dairy products maker based in Tamil Nadu, will launch its offering on August 11. The company aims to raise ₹1,553 crore through a combination of fresh issue (₹1,428 crore) and an OFS totaling ₹125 crore.

Tech-led e-commerce enablement platform Shiprocket is next in line, slated for the market on August 12. The technology company aims to mobilize ₹1,617.5 crore at a higher end of ₹92-₹97 per share. This amount includes fresh issue worth ₹885.50 crore and an OFS component of ₹732 crore.

Behari Lal Engineering, a Delhi-based iron and steel manufacturer, will also launch on August 12. It represents the smallest IPO among the mainboard debuts, aiming to mobilize ₹301.62 crore. The company's offer is priced between ₹271-₹285 per share.

Focus on SME Segment and New Listings​

The SME segment will see four offerings over the week. Fascinate Textiles, a ready-made garments manufacturer, will launch its IPO on August 11, aiming to raise ₹67 crore at an upper price band of ₹148-₹156 per share. Sham Foam, specializing in polyurethane foam products, made a fixed price offering of ₹40.5 crore at ₹130 per share.

On August 12, the market will witness the launch of Pramodini Medicare and Q&T Foods. Pramodini Medicare, an Andhra Pradesh-based diagnostic service provider, aims to raise ₹69.04 crore via its IPO. Q&T Foods, a bakery products maker from Uttar Pradesh, is set to mobilize ₹26.24 crore at a fixed price of ₹115 per share.

Early Closing Offers and Upcoming Market Debuts​

Two key mainboard offerings, LEAP India and Technocraft Ventures, are scheduled to close their maiden public issues on August 11. These companies saw strong initial interest during their anchor book subscriptions.

On the listing front, Ardee Industries will debut its equity shares on August 12. Later that day, Technocraft Ventures and LEAP India are also set for their market debuts. The SME segment listings include Anawil Wire &Engineering on August 10.

LAPL Automotive is due to make its market debut on August 13. Earlier offers from the SME segment saw significant demand, with LAPL Automotive recording a 29.28 times subscription in two days. Optimystix Entertainment India remains open until August 11 and is expected to list on August 12.
