IFGL Appoints Key Leaders as Co-Presidents of US Subsidiary Mono Ceramics Inc​

IFGL Refractories Limited has announced the appointment of two senior executives as Co-Presidents of its material subsidiary in the United States, Mono Ceramics Inc (MCI). Mr Ashok Kumar Kedia and Mr Frank Mitchell have been promoted to the role, effective August 16, 2026.

The appointments follow the cessation of Mr Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as President of MCI, which concluded on August 15, 2026. Both companies and stakeholders were informed of these changes.

Mr Ashok Kumar Kedia is a US citizen of India origin. He holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Calcutta University, along with Associate Membership in ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, and IMA(USA), and holds a CPA license from the State of Montana Board of Public Accountants (USA). Mr Kedia joined IFGL Group in April 1998 and has accumulated over 28 years with the group, possessing a total of 34 years of experience primarily within the manufacturing industry.

Mr Frank Mitchell, also a US citizen, holds a High School Diploma and completed college coursework. He has been associated with the Company since October 1988. Mr Mitchell possesses a total of 40 years of experience, predominantly in the Manufacturing Industry, reflecting over 37 years dedicated to the company.

The appointments signify continued strength in leadership as IFGL Refractories Limited and its US subsidiary, MCI, move forward.
