Kajaria Ceramics Limited has announced a change in its senior management leadership for the Gailpur Plant. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Parag Goel as the Senior Management Personnel designated as the President Operations - Gailpur Plant, effective May 26, 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of Dr. Rajveer Choudhary, who served as the COO (Gailpur Plant) of the company. Dr. Choudhary's tenure concluded with effect from May 23, 2026.

Mr. Parag Goel brings extensive experience to the role. He holds a BE in Mechanical from IET, Lucknow. Over more than 30 years, he gained significant experience with Hero MotoCorp, serving as the Head of Neemrana Plant and the Group Safety Head across all six plants.

Mr. Goel's expertise spans operational excellence, automation, and sustainability. He is highly skilled in plant operations, Industry 4.0 implementation, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement. His professional background includes successfully leading multiple greenfield and brownfield projects across both India and Bangladesh. He is noted for implementing Lean, TPM, and Kaizen methods, alongside advanced technologies such as cobots and AGVs, to build future-ready manufacturing facilities. Furthermore, his leadership has focused on sustainability initiatives, emphasizing energy efficiency, water conservation, and carbon footprint reduction.
