BikeWo Green Tech Renews Focus on Commerce Forever Partnership as Part of Broader Energy & Mobility Strategy

Hyderabad | September 07, 2026: BikeWo Green Tech Limited is renewing its focus on its existing strategic partnership with Commerce Forever. This move is part of the Company’s broader strategy to establish an integrated Energy & Mobility Infrastructure (EMI) platform.

BikeWo and Commerce Forever had initially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in June 2025. The partnership is focused on deploying between 1,500 and 2,500 electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery operations. These operations are set to take place across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and surrounding regions.

The partnership, which was initially conceived around electric vehicle deployment and last-mile logistics, is now viewed by BikeWo as closely aligned with its evolving EMI strategy. BikeWo has expanded its capabilities to encompass EV fleet operations, vehicle leasing, logistics, and essential supporting infrastructure.

Strategic Importance and Operational Scope

The partnership holds significant relevance to BikeWo’s operating model. A fleet size of up to 2,500 vehicles creates opportunities for economies of scale. These efficiencies cover areas such as vehicle procurement, financing, insurance, charging, maintenance, and fleet management, ultimately boosting asset utilization and overall operating efficiency.

Under the current framework, the partnership provides essential operational support to Commerce Forever's B2B e-commerce supply chain ecosystem. This support includes EV deployment, rider onboarding, technology-enabled fleet management, route management, and general operational assistance.

BikeWo is actively exploring strategic opportunities to enhance its regional execution capabilities. This includes the ongoing evaluation of PositiEV Mobility, a Delhi-based entity that could complement the operating requirements for large-scale fleet deployments across North India.

The Company intends to pursue the Commerce Forever opportunity in a phased manner. Future deployments will be determined based on underlying demand, unit economics, commercial viability, and capital allocation priorities.

CEO Insights

Commenting on this renewed focus, Mr. Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, stated that Commerce Forever represents a key opportunity within the company’s wider Energy & Mobility Infrastructure strategy.

"The potential scale of up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers gives us an opportunity to build greater operating efficiencies across procurement, financing, maintenance and fleet operations," Mr. Saklani said. "As we strengthen the wider BikeWo platform, our focus will be on converting such opportunities into scalable and commercially sustainable operations."

BikeWo Green Tech Limited is dedicated to building an integrated mobility and logistics platform, offering capabilities in electric mobility, fleet operations, logistics infrastructure, and technology. The Company is actively pursuing various strategic acquisitions, investments, and collaborations to participate across multiple layers of India's evolving mobility and logistics value chain.
