The mobile activation showcased the potential of compostable Poly Lactic Acid (PLA)-based solutions as practical alternatives to conventional plastics. Hosted at the temple parking area, which is designated a Plastic-Free Zone, the initiative welcomed thousands of daily devotees and tourists. The exhibition aimed to demonstrate how responsible material choices can support cleaner public spaces while complementing places of immense cultural and spiritual importance.
Visitors engaged with interactive demonstrations and educational exhibits, learning about the science, lifecycle, and environmental advantages of bio-based alternatives. These products are made from renewable sugarcane feedstock and are designed to replace several commonly used single-use plastic items.
