The proceeds generated from the OFS component, however, will not be received by Tempsens Instruments as existing shareholders are selling their stakes.The net issue is allocated across various investor categories. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) have been reserved 50 percent of the issue. Retail investors are allocated 35 percent, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) receive 15 percent. The minimum bid size for this IPO is set at 50 shares. Considering the upper price band of Rs 300, a retail investor must make a minimum investment of Rs 15,000 to apply. The maximum application limit is 650 shares, requiring a total payment of Rs 1.95 lakh.The IPO allotment is expected to be finalized by August 25, with the company's stock scheduled for listing on the exchanges on August 28. ICICI Securities and JM Financial are serving as the book-running lead managers for this issue.

Tempsens Instruments demonstrated steady growth in its financial performance for the period ending March 2026. The company reported a profit of Rs 67.3 crore for FY26, an improvement from Rs 60.6 crore in the preceding year.Revenue increased by 17.5 percent year-on-year, reaching Rs 444.9 crore in FY26 from Rs 378.5 crore in FY25. The management plans to strategically deploy a portion of the net fresh issue proceeds. Rs 18.1 crore is earmarked for capital expenditure related to its electrical heating solutions and specialised cable solutions businesses.
Furthermore, another Rs 55 crore will be allocated towards debt repayment, with the remainder of the funds designated for general corporate purposes.
