The company is strategically fortifying its domestic manufacturing capabilities by establishing additional production facilities across the East, West, and South regions, reinforcing its national market presence.

Sirca markets its products through a portfolio of owned and licensed brands, including Sirca, Unico, San Marco, and Durante Vivan. Operations are managed across 4 plants and 19 offices in India, serving both domestic and international markets across 13 states and one international country.

Operational Reach and Customer Segmentation​

The company's business is divided between import and trading (23.42% of turnover) and manufacturing (76.58%). Sirca serves two primary customer segments: retail and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

  • Waste Management: Sirca employs a Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle strategy for waste management. Of the reported waste streams, 3.5 metric tonnes of Mixed Paint were generated in FY 25-26.   • Product Safety: The company ensures that all products meet internationally accepted green product standards, driven by research and technology at its partner Research & Technology Centre in Italy.

In terms of supply chain practices, there has been a notable shift in purchasing patterns: purchases from trading houses grew to 83% in FY 25-26, up from 30% in FY 23-24. Furthermore, sales to dealers/distributors stood at 79.07%, supported by over 2500 dealers nationwide.

Sirca also maintains a comprehensive framework for cybersecurity and data privacy management, ensuring that consumer and employee personal data is protected in alignment with global standards.
