Similarly, the qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) segment was subscribed at 1.81 times. Silverstorm Parks has successfully mobilized Rs 21.97 crore from 14 anchor investors. These key participants include Aarth AIF Growth Fund, VBCube Ventures Fund, Kingsman Wealth Fund, 31 Degrees North Fund, and SMC India Opportunities Fund.
The company intends to utilize the net issue proceeds strategically across growth and consolidation projects. Rs 26.11 crore of the funds are earmarked for setting up a new snow park and family entertainment centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. An additional Rs 15.1 crore will be dedicated to expanding and upgrading the existing Athirappilly Theme Park infrastructure.

The financial structure also includes debt repayment, with Rs 24 crore designated for this purpose. The remaining IPO funds are allocated for general corporate purposes as Silverstorm Parks moves forward.
