Silverstorm Parks Debuts in IPO: SME Bidding Opens as Company Aims for ₹82 Crore for Major Expansion

The initial public offering (IPO) of Silverstorm Parks and Resorts has commenced, marking a significant step toward fueling its accelerated growth plans. The company is targeting an entire raise of Rs 82 crore through the fresh issue of 61.98 lakh shares in this SME listing.

IPO Mechanics and Timeline

Silverstorm Parks has set the price band for its initial offering at Rs 123 to Rs 133 per share. The public bidding phase is slated to run from July 24 through July 28. Share allotments are expected to be finalized by July 29, with a scheduled listing date on the BSE SME platform set for July 31.

The IPO offers investors a fixed lot size of 1,000 shares. A minimum investment in two lots requires a capital outlay of Rs 2.66 lakh. Vivro Financial Services Private Limited is serving as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited manages the registration process.

Funding Expansion and Strategic Growth

The integrated amusement destination operator plans to utilize the raised capital primarily for expanding its footprint and enhancing existing assets. A core focus includes funding the development of a new Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in Lucknow.

Furthermore, funds will be directed toward the expansion and necessary upgradation of their established theme park located in Athirappilly, Kerala. The proceeds are also earmarked for the repayment of certain borrowings and general corporate purposes to strengthen the balance sheet.

Management Perspective on IPO Milestone

Shalimar A. I., managing director at Silverstorm Parks, highlighted that the IPO is not merely a capital raise but represents laying the foundation for the company's next chapter of growth. He stated that the proceeds will be instrumental in expanding operations and introducing new attractions to create enhanced guest experiences.

Roshan Vaishnav, Director at the book-running lead manager Vivro Financial Services, commented that the proposed IPO is a significant milestone expected to support the firm’s ambitious expansion initiatives and solidify its market standing.

Operational Performance and Financial Health

The company demonstrated strong operational performance in the last fiscal period. For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, Silverstorm reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 3,100.12 lakh.

The firm also achieved an EBITDA of Rs 1,655.89 lakh and posted a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 971.07 lakh, reflecting robust financial health ahead of the listing. This move aligns Silverstorm with a broader trend of regional leisure companies tapping capital markets to fund growth in India’s experiential tourism sector.

Grey Market Sentiment for Listing

As of the launch, unofficial market tracking shows that unlisted shares of Silverstorm Parks are trading with zero grey market premium (GMP) over the IPO price. It is crucial to note that the grey market remains an unofficial platform and the actual listing premium may vary significantly from these current expectations.
