The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 50 lakh equity shares worth Rs 87.5 crore, complemented by an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 12 lakh shares aggregating Rs 21 crore. This makes the total issue size stand at Rs 108.5 crore. The subscription period runs from August 7 to August 11, 2026, with allotment expected on August 12.

Retail investors must apply for a minimum of two lots (1,600 shares), translating to a minimum investment commitment of Rs 2.8 lakh at the upper end of the price band. LSI Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is serving as the book-running lead manager for the issue. Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar for the allotment process.
