Optimystix Entertainment India, the producer behind popular content like Comedy Circus and Crime Patrol, has announced its plan to tap capital markets through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company aims to raise up to ₹107.88 crore by launching the public subscription on August 7.

The IPO pricing band is set at ₹165-₹174 per share, placing the overall valuation of Optimystix Entertainment at ₹405 crore. This listing makes the company a key player among SME companies debuting in the first week of August, alongside three other firms.

Structure of the Offering and Investor Allocation

The IPO structure includes a fresh issue of 50 lakh equity shares, amounting to ₹87 crore. Founder and promoter Vipul D. Shah will simultaneously raise an additional ₹20.88 crore by selling 12 lakh shares through an Offer for Sale (OFS).

To ensure diversified investor interest, the allocation is structured as follows: 50 percent of the issue has been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). Retail investors are allocated 35 percent, with Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) receiving the remaining 15 percent.

Timeline and Listing Details

The anchor book opening is slated for August 6. The public issue period will run until August 11. Allotment of shares is expected by August 12, and the company’s stock is projected to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform on August 14.

LSI Financial Services and Nexgen Financial Solutions have been appointed as the book-running lead managers for this IPO process.
