##Corporate Overview of Silverstorm Parks and Resorts
Incorporated in October 1998, Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited stands as an integrated amusement and tourism powerhouse across India. The company operates multiple specialized destinations including theme parks, water parks, snow parks, and associated hospitality facilities.
The flagship operation is the Silver Storm Theme Park at Athirappilly in Kerala, which spans approximately 17.38 acres. This destination combines an amusement park, a water park, Kerala’s first indoor snow park, and a resort. Beyond Kerala, the company maintains operations in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and is developing a new family entertainment center in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
##Strong FY25-26 Financial Growth Propels Listing Hopes
Silverstorm Parks and Resorts reported significant financial growth in the fiscal year 2025-26 (FY25-26). The company’s total income saw a substantial rise of 42%, climbing to Rs 44.85 crore from Rs 31.64 crore recorded in FY24-25.
Profitability exhibited dramatic improvement, with profit after tax (PAT) nearly doubling to Rs 19.10 crore. This marked an outstanding increase of 97% compared to the previous financial year’s PAT of Rs 9.71 crore. These robust results position investors as Silverstorm enters the highly competitive SME market.
##Future Investments and Debt Reduction Strategy
The proceeds raised through the IPO are strategically allocated toward bolstering infrastructure and improving the company's financial stability. A major allocation targets capital expenditure for expansion projects.
Rs 26.12 crore is earmarked for developing the Lucknow Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC). Further, Rs 15.14 crore will be deployed for the vital expansion and upgradation of the existing Athirappilly Theme Park in Kerala. A crucial portion, amounting to Rs 24 crore, will be utilized for the repayment and/or pre-payment of certain borrowings, thus enhancing the balance sheet.
##Pre-IPO Institutional Interest
Ahead of the public offering, institutional investors participated actively during the anchor bidding process held on July 23, 2026. The company had successfully raised Rs 21.97 crore from these key anchor investors. This pre-launch commitment underscores continued faith in Silverstorm’s underlying business model and future potential.
