This move marks a significant expansion for the NRB Group into the high-precision global aerospace and defence sectors.In conjunction with the acquisition, MTRPL has secured the AS9100D Certification for Precision Machined Components and Bearings for Aerospace and Defence. This certification is considered the industry standard for aviation manufacturing excellence.

The acquisition positions NRB to participate in an estimated global aerospace ecosystem valued between $14.5 Billion and $16.5 Billion. The company aims to capture market share for critical components, including:- Landing gear parts
- Fuel injection systems

- Plain spherical bearings
This expansion follows a recently established joint venture in industrial bearings and friction solutions. The acquisition is intended to accelerate the NRB Group's roadmap to double its consolidated revenue by 2031.
