Mumbai, May 8, 2026: NRB Bearings Limited today announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year ended March 31, 2026.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Managing Director Ms. Harshbeena Zaveri stated that NRB closed FY26 on a strong footing. The company recorded consolidated Revenue growth of 11% and an EBITDA increase of 19.2%. Consolidated EBITDA reached ₹267 crore, and Profit after Tax (PAT) increased to ₹146 crore.

The strong operational execution was attributed to volume growth, improved product mix, and sustained operational efficiencies. Across the year, structural initiatives focused on automation, energy optimization, and disciplined cost management provided meaningful support to margin expansion.

Quarterly Highlights (Q4FY26)​

For the fourth quarter, Revenue from Operations stood at ₹372 crore, up from ₹329 crore in Q4 FY25 (13% increase). EBITDA reached ₹74 crore, a 17% increase from ₹63 crore in Q4 FY25. The EBITDA margin for Q4 FY26 was 19.5%, and Profit After Tax (after exceptional items) stood at ₹42 crore, reflecting a margin of 11.1%.

Full Year Highlights (FY26)​

For the full financial year, Revenue from Operations for FY26 was ₹1,335 crore, an increase of 11% compared to ₹1,199 crore in FY25. EBITDA for FY26 was ₹267 crore, up from ₹224 crore in FY25 (19% increase). The EBITDA margin for FY26 was 19.5%, compared to 18.3% in FY25. Profit After Tax (after exceptional items) for FY26 was ₹146 crore, marking a 77% increase over FY25.

The company stated that its growth strategy remains deeply anchored in its Research and Development capabilities and non-commoditized products. NRB emphasizes its long-standing customer relationships, which provide a durable competitive advantage.
