Since that time, the company has provided Core Banking Software (CBS) solutions, data centre and disaster recovery site infrastructure, hosting, and related products and services to the bank.
Under the terms of the new agreement, Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited will provide managed services for a minimum period of five years. The scope of the project includes Security Analyst Services, SIEM, SOAR, and ITSM.
