These employees will benefit from a discount of Rs 76 per share on the final issue price. The anchor investor segment is slated to open for one day on August 7.

Molbio Diagnostics operates in the specialized field of molecular diagnostic solutions, covering roughly 30 diseases. These include critical areas such as tuberculosis, COVID-19, hepatitis B and C, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and human papillomavirus (HPV).The company has detailed plans for utilizing the fresh issue proceeds. A significant portion, Rs 105.5 crore, will be allocated to establishing a Centre of Excellence and an infrastructure facility dedicated to research and development.
