KKR-backed LEAP India is preparing for its initial public offering (IPO), scheduled to open on August 7. The book-built issue, valued at Rs 2,480 crore, currently reflects a muted grey market sentiment as the company approaches the listing. Market trackers have recorded a modest grey market premium (GMP) of approximately 2.5 percent above the upper end of the price band on August 4.

The IPO presents investors with exposure to the supply chain and logistics sector through this high-profile offering. The GMP suggests that while there is interest, expectations remain cautious leading up to the issue’s opening day.
