The company has acquired the entire business operations and assets of Kinder Hospital from Kindorama Healthcare in Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Bengaluru. This deal involves an investment of Rs 130 crore.

In infrastructure news, Manipal Health also secured a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The LOA is valued at Rs 80.17 crore for operations planned at Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu.

Financial Performance: Indo-MIM Posts Strong Q1 Results​

Indo-MIM reported a sharp performance spike in its first quarter (consolidated YoY). The company's profit zoomed by 31.6%, reaching Rs 240.1 crore against Rs 182.4 crore in the previous period. Revenue also showed robust growth, increasing by 9.4% to Rs 1,218.7 crore from Rs 1,114.1 crore.

Baazar Style Retail saw promoter activity as Cupid-promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 45 lakh shares. This acquisition represents a 5.91% stake in Baazar Style Retail for Rs 162.9 crore at Rs 362 per share, bought from the company's promoters (Bhagwan Prasad, Sidharth Surana, and Shreyans Surana).

In international investment movement, Bain Capital, through APAC Company XXIII Limited, sold a total of 5.63% stake in Embassy Office Parks REIT. They offloaded 2.67 crore units at Rs 435.05 per unit and another 2.67 crore units at Rs 435.01 per unit, totaling Rs 2,325.28 crore.

A number of specialized transactions occurred across various sectors. Minerva Ventures Fund picked up a significant stake in Kesar India, acquiring 11.78 lakh shares, representing 3.76% of the stock. This was purchased from Forbes EMF for Rs 149.01 crore at Rs 1,265 per share.

VISA Chrome saw movement as Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise sold 78.93 lakh shares for Rs 30 crore. Counterbalancing this, Maha Investment Fund PCC - Onyx Strategy acquired 78.94 lakh shares for Rs 30 crore at Rs 38 per share.

Corporate Actions and Listings Update​

Several companies are set to be tracked based on corporate actions or market listings. Milky Mist Dairy Food is expected to be in focus as it prepares for SME Listing. Sham Foam is also listed under the SME category.
