Expansion into United States Market​

The company has approved an investment in Logiciel Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States of America, on June 15, 2026. This investment will make Logiciel Solutions Inc. a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The entity is currently in its pre-commercial operation phase and will operate within the Information Technology (IT) Services sector, focusing on Software Development, IT Consulting, and IT Staffing Services.

The strategic move is intended to strengthen the company's presence in North America, enhance customer engagement, and support the growth of its existing IT services business. The investment involves a total cost of USD 10,000 for the subscription of 10,000,000 shares at a par value of USD 0.01 per share.

The Board of Directors has taken note of two significant leadership appointments to bolster the company's sales and healthcare verticals:


Mr. Anshul Sharma joined on April 21, 2026, on a regular basis subject to a 6-month probation period. Mr. Ram Prakash Varanasi joined on June 24, 2026, on an initial 3-month contractual engagement with plans for permanent conversion.

Establishment of AI Research & Development Practice​

Logiciel Solutions Limited has officially established an AI Research and Development Practice, which became effective in March 2026. This strategic initiative is designed to develop proprietary AI tools, AI-augmented delivery workflows, and explore new revenue streams through AI-enabled services.

The practice is led by Mr. Kumar Gaurav, a GenAI Engineer and AI Pod Lead who joined the company in March 2026. The team consists of four dedicated members who are ring-fenced from general staff augmentation deployments to focus exclusively on research and development. This initiative is funded under the Research & Development portion of the company's IPO proceeds.
