Winsome Yarns Limited has established July 31, 2026, as the Record Date to implement a significant reduction, cancellation, and extinguishment of the existing paid-up share capital held by former promoters and public shareholders. This corporate action follows an order issued by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, Bench-VI, on April 16, 2026.The restructuring is being executed in accordance with a Resolution Plan submitted by the Successful Resolution Applicant, Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The plan was approved by the NCLT and subsequently received Board approval on July 16, 2026.
The reduction of equity shares will affect both the erstwhile promoters and the existing public shareholders as follows:
