Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Kumbakonam, Strengthening South India Presence

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announced the signing of a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Kumbakonam, in Tamil Nadu. This expansion move solidifies the company's footprint across key cultural and commercial destinations in South India, with the hotel being managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The increasing regional connectivity and movement in the area have accelerated the need for quality branded hospitality services.

In terms of accessibility, the hotel is strategically located just 300 meters from the Kumbakonam Railway Station, offering arriving guests a highly convenient 5-minute transit time. It is also approximately 101 km from Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) International Airport, which is an accessible drive of under two hours.

The expansion further aligns with Lemon Tree Hotels' roadmap to expand across high-potential Tier II and Tier III markets, solidifying its corporate pipeline along crucial economic and spiritual corridors nationwide.
