Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, a major player in India's hospitality sector, has announced the signing of a new property, the Lemon Tree Hotel, in Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This development marks the third location for the group in Bhubaneswar, underscoring its strong commitment to the city's growing market potential.

The newly signed property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The hotel is designed to offer a comprehensive stay experience, featuring 50 well-appointed rooms alongside various amenities including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and fitness center.

This latest signing comes shortly after the launch of the company's second operational hotel in Bhubaneswar. Lemon Tree Hotels noted that Bhubaneswar is rapidly emerging as a high-potential hospitality market, driven by sustained growth across administration, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and business sectors.

The hotel's strategic location provides excellent connectivity for travelers. It is situated approximately 5.4 km from Biju Patnaik International Airport and about 3.2 km from Bhubaneswar Railway Station.
