This led to an EBITDA growth of 72% YoY, hitting approximately 2,602 Crore for the quarter, and reaching ~11,041 Cr for the full fiscal year.

Acquisitions and Development:
The company continues to bolster its vertical integration strategy through strategic acquisitions. Key developments include:
  • Acquisition of Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), securing full operational control over critical railway infrastructure for the Mahanadi thermal power plant.
  • Completion of the acquisition of Tidong Hydro Power from Statkraft, adding a 150 MW under-construction hydro project in Tidong valley, Himachal Pradesh.
  • The company has also inaugurated a Central Command Centre, enabling real-time visibility across its operational and under-construction projects.

Dividend Recommendation:
The Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- (20% of the face value) per Equity Share of Rs. 10 for the Members of the Company for declaration at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting.
