The capital raised through this IPO is earmarked for strategic growth and balance sheet strengthening. A substantial portion of the net proceeds, amounting to around Rs 464.80 crore, will be used to repay or prepay existing borrowings.Additionally, nearly Rs 301.77 crore will be infused into key subsidiaries, including Dhoot Autocomponents Private Limited and Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, aiding them in debt reduction. The company plans to allocate Rs 150 crore specifically for establishing new wiring harness manufacturing facilities in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Shoolagiri, Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
