Noida, January 20, 2026: Inox Green Energy Services Limited announced that it has entered into an agreement with KEC International to provide operations and maintenance services for a 625 MWp solar power project located at Bhadla in Rajasthan.

With the addition of this large-scale solar asset, Inox Green’s solar O&M portfolio has crossed the 3 GW mark. The company’s overall renewable energy operations and maintenance portfolio has now expanded to over 13 GW, reflecting its continued scale-up across both solar and wind segments.

The 625 MWp project is among the larger solar installations in the Bhadla region, a key renewable energy hub in India. The contract further strengthens Inox Green’s presence in utility-scale solar O&M and reinforces its strategy of participating in sizeable opportunities across renewable energy infrastructure services.

Commenting on the development, the company’s management stated that the agreement aligns with its focus on expanding the solar O&M portfolio through both organic growth and participation in large, long-term projects. The company also indicated that additional portfolio additions are expected, supported by the ongoing capacity expansion of group companies in the renewable energy space.

Expanding Renewable Operations Footprint

Inox Green continues to build a diversified and geographically spread O&M portfolio, catering to large independent power producers, public sector entities, and retail customers. Its long-term service contracts provide stable and predictable cash flows, supporting sustained growth in the renewable services business.
