CleanMax Commissions Over 500 MW of Renewable Energy in Q1 FY27, Raising Operational Portfolio to 4.2 GW
Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, India's largest renewable energy provider for the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment, announced a record commissioning achievement during the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27). The company successfully commissioned approximately 530 MW of renewable energy (RE) capacity, marking its highest quarterly performance. This significant addition increased CleanMax's operational renewable energy portfolio from around 3.6 GW to about 4.2 GW, cementing the company's execution capabilities in India's C&I RE market. The achievement reflects both the growing trend of corporate renewable energy adoption in India and CleanMax's capacity to consistently scale project commissioning, enabling customers to transition quickly and with certainty. Of the newly commissioned projects, the operational RE Power Sales portfolio increased by 403 MW, which included about 350 MWp Solar and 53 MW Wind. Additionally, the company added 126 MWp of solar capacity through the RE Services segment (covering EPC, O&M, where assets are owned by C&I customers).
These record-breaking additions were realized across various regions and project types. The largest capacity gains came from projects in Gujarat with approximately 170 MW, Karnataka with around 160 MW, and Maharashtra with roughly 110 MW. In total, the commissioning was completed across 11 project sites spanning five states.
As of June 30, 2026, CleanMax’s operational portfolio stands at approximately 4.2 GW, detailed as follows:
| Portfolio Segment | Capacity (GW) |
|---|---|
| RE Power Sales | ~3.5 GW |
| RE Services | ~0.7 GW |

Mr. Kuldeep Jain, Founder and Managing Director of CleanMax, stated that crossing 500 MW of commissioning in a single quarter showcases the scale of demand from commercial and industrial customers. He noted that this expansion is an important step in strengthening their operating portfolio and the long-term partnerships underpinning it.
