Inox Wind Signs MoU with Inox Clean for Supply of 1,500 MW of Wind Turbines

Noida, June 16, 2026: Inox Wind Limited (IWL), recognized as India's leading wind energy solutions provider, announced that it has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Inox Clean Energy. The MoU commits IWL to supply 1,500 MW of its advanced 3.3 MW and 4X MW wind turbines to Inox Clean for renewable energy projects being developed across India.

This strategic agreement reinforces the 'One Integrated' renewable strategy of INOXGFL Group entities. By securing large orders from Group companies like Inox Clean, IWL aims to achieve stable growth and insulate its business from market cycles. The integrated strategy combines the strengths of various INOXGFL businesses—including Inox Clean Energy, Inox Renewable Solutions (IRSL), Inox Green Energy Services, and Inox Wind—to create a scalable renewable energy ecosystem.

Boost to Order Book and Growth Visibility

The MoU provides multi-year revenue visibility for Inox Wind as Inox Clean accelerates its renewable expansion. Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal, CEO of Inox Wind Ltd., stated that the partnership with Inox Clean is instrumental in accelerating India's energy transition. He added that IWL has a robust order book of 3.1 GW, and with this new MoU, the company's order book crosses 4.5 GW, providing coverage for the next few years.

In parallel, Mr. Bharat Saxena, CEO of Inox Clean Energy, highlighted that the MoU is a significant milestone in executing the Group’s 'One Integrated' strategy. As Inox Clean targets a renewable energy portfolio of 14 GW by FY29, gaining access to world-class wind manufacturing and execution capabilities from Inox Wind offers a distinct competitive advantage, enabling faster project execution and improved capital efficiency.
