Mumbai: Firstsource Solutions Limited (NSE: FSL, BSE: 532809) announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a significant increase in revenue and healthy operating margins. The company confirmed that it has signed four large deals in the quarter, marking the sixth consecutive quarter with four or more such wins.

The company reported total income of ₹27,309.86 million for the consolidated segment in Q1 FY27. Revenue from operations stood at ₹27,517.51 million, reflecting a 22.9% year-on-year (YoY) growth compared to the previous period. EBIT was reported at ₹3,367 million, or 12.4% of revenues, marking a 34.8% increase YoY.

  • Deal Wins: The organization secured four large transformative deals, continuing a streak of six consecutive quarters with at least four or more large deal wins.
  • Client Growth: Q1 FY27 saw the addition of twelve new client logos, including three strategic accounts.
  • Notable Deals: Key contract wins included securing a large transformative deal with a leading UK-based benefits and pensions administration provider for back-office transformation.
