Tega Industries Appoints Ravi Narayan Joshi as Chief Financial Officer and KMP
Tega Industries Limited has announced a significant change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) following the approval of the Board of Directors on August 6, 2026. Mr. Ravi Narayan Joshi has been appointed as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and designated as KMP, effective immediately.The appointment comes as Mr. Shyama Prasad Ganguly ceases to be the Interim CFO and KMP. Consequent to this change, Mr. Ganguly will continue to serve Tega Industries Limited in his existing capacity as General Manager - Finance & Accounts. The Board of Directors conveyed its appreciation for the services rendered by Mr. Ganguly during his tenure as Interim CFO.
In addition to the appointment, Mr. Joshi has been authorized by the Board for the purpose of determining materiality of any event or information, in line with corporate governance standards.

He possesses over 21 years of diverse experience across leading organizations, including Hindustan Zinc Limited, Vedanta Limited, and Balkrishna Industries Limited.His extensive career has seen him lead critical finance functions while integrating financial stewardship with oversight across Compliance, Sustainability (ESG), Intellectual Property Rights, and International Subsidiaries. Mr. Joshi’s expertise spans a broad spectrum of areas, such as Treasury, Fundraising, Structured Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation, Accounting, Commercial and Business Finance, Capital Expenditure Control, Cost Management, Product Pricing, and Financial Governance.
