Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited has scheduled its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and fixed the record date for the payment of a Final Dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.The AGM is set to be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (IST).
