
Roadstar Subsidiary PSRDCL Settles Dispute with NHAI for ₹499.09 Crore
Pune Sholapur Road Development Company Limited (PSRDCL), a subsidiary of the Roadstar Infra Investment Trust, has finalized a settlement agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The agreement was executed on July 10, 2026, concerning disputes between the two parties.Under the Vivad Se Vishwas-III (MoRTH Contractual Disputes) One-Time Settlement Scheme, NHAI agreed to pay PSRDCL an amount of ₹ 499.09 Crore. This payment represents the full and final settlement of all outstanding disputes between NHAI and PSRDCL.
The current dispute stemmed from a prior arbitral award dated November 30, 2017, which originally awarded ₹ 547.96 Crore to PSRDCL. The amount was subsequently upheld by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in an order dated March 14, 2019.
