Strategically situated approximately 45 km from Hyderabad, the location allows the company to leverage the region's strong industrial ecosystem, efficient road connectivity, skilled workforce, and proximity to key markets across India. The state-of-the-art plant features two fully automated high-speed production lines sourced from Japan. With a planned annual production capacity of 700 million sanitary napkins, the facility combines advanced automation with precision manufacturing and robust quality systems, positioning it among India's fastest sanitary napkin manufacturers.
The Telangana operations are designed to meet growing demand while prioritizing sustainability and local employment. The plant is expected to generate 200 direct jobs and 150 indirect job opportunities. Sustainability aspects integrated into the design include rainwater harvesting, an on-site Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), waste recycling systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Amrutanjan also plans to incorporate solar power in the future.
