World’s Third Largest Startup Ecosystem Fuels Global Good, PM Declares at Bharat Innovates​

The PM stressed that innovation has reached the grassroots level through the establishment of Atal Tinkering Labs in schools and expanded incubation networks across the country. Initiatives are specifically targeting women entrepreneurs, generating numerous success stories, from drone operators to founder-led enterprises.

India is demonstrably shaping the future across multiple critical domains. Solutions are being developed for farmers using satellite technology and for Smart Cities development through advanced manufacturing. The drive towards a sustainable future involves significant work in Green Hydrogen, Electric Mobility, and Battery Technologies.

Crucially, both national security and frontier research are major focus areas. Startups are contributing significantly to the Defence Sector, while recent reforms in Nuclear Energy are creating new avenues in Clean Energy and Advanced Reactors. These specialized fields underscore the breadth of India’s innovation capacity.

A Call for Co-Creation: Partnering with the World​

The Prime Minister made a passionate appeal to investors, industry leaders, and universities present at Bharat Innovates. He noted that while the world faces unprecedented turbulence due to climate change and conflicts, these challenges simultaneously generate massive opportunities.

India is actively seeking partnership, stating that "Bharat Innovates" is an invitation for the global community to co-create the next chapter of innovation with India. The message was clear: Come to India to design, develop, and create solutions intended for humanity.
